Who you're dealing with

I'm one person, not a company with a call center. When you call the number on the letter, I answer. I've been buying, entitling, and selling land since 2018, and I live in Scottsdale.

How I price

I don't throw a number at you. You tell me what you're hoping to get, and I do the work to see if I can get there. If I can't, I'll say so and leave you alone. I'm buying for myself, not flipping your contract, so I can usually pay more than the people who mail you every month.

What happens next

A phone call, email or text. I ask about the land and what you want. Then I go look at it and come back with a real answer. You can go as fast or as slow as you want.
